Cleanup was thorough.  It was a good experience and we would do it again.  Very happy. ...followup...  The patio is now two years old.  It has held up very well. We were in a unique situation after initially hiring another landscaping company for a full backyard renovation. Cody and Jessica were so easy to communicate with. Cody understood my vision of wanting masonry stones around my front yard landscaped area and made great suggestions to help complete that vision. He sent a fantastic crew over and they completed the job beautifully. I wanted a couple of the stones replaced and Cody sent a crew member back to do just that and the final result looked great! Recently had Comeyer Designed Outdoor Living install pavers, knee wall, fire pit and lighting around our pool. It came out spectacular. Exactly what we wanted. Their crew took special care to protect our existing lawn during construction and made sure the site was kept clean of debris and construction waste every evening. I contacted Cody this January and his team to install a small patio in my back yard. Literally within minutes of submitting an inquiry online, I received a follow-up phone call from the office to get the ball rolling on the process. A few days later, Cody and our assigned Project Manager drove almost an hour to give me an in-person estimate and breakdown of what his team could do, working within my budget to provide the patio I not only wanted, but needed based on the unique terrain of my yard. I could tell right away he was incredibly knowledgeable about his work and, more importantly, 100% transparent and honest about what would last and what wouldn't, how much certain options cost, and when his team could fit me into the schedule. If I could give more stars ⭐️ I would! They showed up on time to meet us and get our plans - wishes etc They communicated the entire process (which we all know weather changes things - but communication is everything!!!!) They protected the yard Used great equipment They were not loud / noisy - they left no trash or messes - they were also super quick and efficient! Took care of everything, did everything they said they would, Made sure we were happy with the results, explained how to care for the patio & explained its strength and what to do / not to do! My wife and I had just moved into our new home. The first thing we wanted to do was to enclosed our small porch. We did, But something was still missing. We definitely wanted to have a patio but, using brick pavers. I was reviewing and looking at a few contractors for my project to become a thought to.... reality. I then came across Comeyer Designed Outdoor Living. I emailed them of what my wife and I are wanting to have done. Our space outdoors is not very big. That is when Cody came out to our home. What made Comeyer Designed Outdoor different from the others we were looking at;  is that Cody is the owner of the company. Just wow! For the owner to come out to see and meet the customer was wonderful!  Another point is that this is a family run company. That by itself is a great feeling. We had a photo of what we were thinking and Cody took it from there. He showed us samples of the stone and the colors . It pulled our small area together with matching of our outdoors. We have an HOA and Comeyer Designed Outdoor Living  had photos showing what it would look like when it was done. This helped to get our HOA to sign off on our patio. When you can see the details it takes all the guess work out of it. Then came the install of the patio. The two men that installed the patio where just out standing. I was not able to be home when they were installing the patio but was able to see it being done by my outside camera. I believe the lead installer name was Jose and he is just a master brick layer. He was amazing. I am sorry not to remember his helpers name;  but  he to was a very hard worker, and was wonderful also. I hope this review was not to long. If you are thinking of having a patio installed you should stop looking when you come to Comeyer Designed Outdoor Living. For your patio becomes yours  but you become a part of there family to. Short Version: Would hire again. Good communication, Fast Service, Cleaned up at the end. Extended Version: I could not recommend Comeyer any stronger! If I could give a million stars, I would. When we moved into our new house, the backyard was full of DIYs. I was scared to let the dog out, let alone go out and actually enjoy the yard. Cody was quick to come over and talk through what we wanted. He listened and helped us understand what was possible. We settled on pulling up old DIY uneven pavers and laying down concrete. Comeyer matched the stain and design to the already existing concrete. Comeyer also made steps for us (the dog) to gain easy access to the yard. We were on the schedule quickly and his crew was extremely professional. The job was done in the amount of time quoted. Comeyer even touched up paint on the deck that accidentally was chipped. The crew did a great job with consistent attention to detail. Cody, Juan and Jose were great from start to finish. Cody took my plan as I knew exactly what I wanted and in about 10 minutes made me realize how much I had not thought out and made it better from the steps down to removing the no longer needed deck rail. Can't recommend Cody + team enough.  During the initial consulting I just rambled off some loose ideas I had and Cody translated it into a digital design of what he could do so I could see what the outcome would look like. He was very attentive to our design needs (especially considering the challenging layout of our backyard) and budget. Workmanship of his crew was excellent. They really know what they’re doing. The design was perfect and the execution of that design by their crew was first class. All work was carefully completed to minimize the impact outside the work areas. Our patio is beautiful and it’s a really nice addition to our outside area. His workers were diligent and worked full days even in severe cold. He was always just a text or phone call away. I had Comeyer change out my gas cooktop for electric, lift the countertop and replace my kitchen sink and install some pull out shelves for a cabinet. The cooktops and sinks were done professionally and quickly. The only slow part was getting the shelves installed due to the supply chain problem but Cody kept checking/calling his suppliers to make sure he got the first available. If he hadn’t been persistent with his suppliers I may still be waiting for them. They finally came in on a weekend and he had them  installed the following Monday.
